This is great.
It feels kind of mystical at the start, then the big chorus like part comes in and it feels very happy.
I also really like the reverse clap, that sounds cool.

As i said in the response before this one, it's the amen break wave sound.
And thanks for the comments ;) if you use fruity loops, you can download a wave sound such as the amen break, select insert --> slice to beat and open these drums in a piano roll.
